Wendi started her writing career in 2020, five years after being diagnosed with chronic Lyme Disease. Her first book, Dear Lyme Disease, is about her healing journey with alternative medicine. Since then, she has published four books and is always thinking of book ideas to share with her readers.

Wendi holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Public Health.

When not writing, you can find her on an outdoor adventure, like exploring hiking trails, mountain biking, paddle boarding, XC skiing, and fat biking during the winter. In addition to her love for the outdoors, Wendi enjoys reading and drawing illustrations.

She resides in a magical forest in Wisconsin with her husband and their four entertaining dogs: Auggie, Emry, Rumi, and Nike.
