Words have always been one way I connect—with myself, my experiences, and others.
My own healing journey changed my life in ways I never expected. Writing became a way for me to process what I was experiencing, explore different approaches to healing, and share what I was learning along the way.
Eventually, I realized my story wasn't only mine.
By sharing my experiences openly, I could reach someone else who might be struggling, searching for answers, or simply needing to know that they weren't alone on their own healing path.
That is why I write.
My books are not about having all the answers. They are about curiosity, possibility, self-compassion, and learning to listen more closely to ourselves and our bodies.
Every story has the possibility to connect us.
My Books
Listen to Your Body: Holistic Choices for Managing Chronic Pain
What if your pain isn't an enemy, but a message asking to be heard?
Listen to Your Body grew from years of navigating my own health and healing journey and discovering how much can change when we begin paying attention to what our bodies are communicating.
This personal and practical guide explores physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being through gentle practices such as movement, breathwork, mindset, energy awareness, sleep, nourishment, and self-compassion.
It invites you to become curious about your body, expand your wellness toolbox, and discover what supports your unique path.
Listen. Get curious. Begin again.
Love Letters for Your Body
What if you began seeing your body with gratitude instead of criticism?
Your body works for you every moment of every day, yet how often do we stop to appreciate everything it does?
Love Letters for Your Body is a gentle invitation to reconnect with your body through gratitude, education, forgiveness, and love.
Through letters written to different parts of the body, you'll discover just how extraordinary your body really is while exploring a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
And in the end, you'll be invited to write a love letter of your own—to your body.
Healing From Within
Healing isn't always about looking outside ourselves for answers.
Sometimes it begins by turning inward.
Healing From Within explores the connection between body, mind, emotions, and spirit through practices including journaling, chakra awareness, reflection, and Ho'oponopono.
It invites you to slow down, listen within, and explore practices that may bring greater awareness, connection, and peace to your life.
Dear Lyme Disease: Transforming Pain into Purpose
Dear Lyme Disease is where my healing story began.
After being diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2015, the life I knew changed dramatically. My health journey challenged me physically and emotionally and led me to explore different approaches to healing, wellness, and understanding my body.
In this book, I share that journey—the difficult moments, the discoveries, the lessons, and the unexpected ways illness ultimately changed the direction of my life.
It is a story about living through something you never would have chosen and discovering that even within life's hardest chapters, it may still be possible to find meaning and purpose.
YOUR WORDS MATTER, TOO.
Editing & Writing Support
One of the things writing has taught me is that everyone has a story—and no one else can tell yours quite the way you can.
Sometimes, though, getting that story from your heart and your head onto the page can feel overwhelming.
I love helping other writers bring their ideas and stories to life.
Whether you're writing a book, sharing a personal journey, or creating something completely your own, I offer supportive editing that helps strengthen your writing while protecting the most important part of it:
Your voice.
I can help with organization, clarity, flow, grammar, readability, and shaping your manuscript into a more cohesive finished work.
I don't want your writing to sound like me.
I want it to sound like you—only clearer, stronger, and ready to be shared.
Because your story may be exactly the story someone else needs to read.
Contact me if you have a story to share, but you aren’t sure where to start.
