You are warmly invited into a sacred, safe, and loving healing circle for women — a space created to slow down, listen deeply, feel honestly, and allow healing to unfold naturally.
In this circle, we gently explore the old stories, memories, and emotions stored in our bodies — the ones that quietly keep us from living as our most inspired, loving, and authentic selves. By bringing these experiences into awareness, we shine light on what has lived in the shadows, allowing it to be acknowledged, accepted, and released.
This work isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are, with compassion and presence. Through acknowledgment and acceptance, perception shifts — and healing begins.
The gathering includes:
A guided meditation to help you arrive fully in your body
A sound immersion to support energy flow and gently reset the nervous system
A light gluten-free snack, along with coffee, tea, and water
Comfortable mats, pillows, and eye masks provided
Time for reflection and journaling (please bring a journal/notebook and pen or pencil)
After the circle, you’re invited to continue the experience with an outdoor wood-burning sauna, allowing the body to release, integrate, and restore.
The circle offers structure, emotional safety, and support, helping our nervous systems relax, trust deepen, and hearts soften in ways that are often difficult to access on our own. Together, we create a space where healing happens organically — through presence, connection, and care.
